Yes, all trainings require a 25% non-refundable deposit due 2 weeks before the start of the training program. This deposit secures your spot.

Trainings can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before start of program. Within 2 weeks of the start of program, any cancellation is subject to no refund of the 25% deposit. Spots for puppy training fill up quickly and most families are booking weeks in advance so if someone cancels it can be difficult to fill that spot that has been saved for the. We do not offer any refunds for completed training programs.

Remaining balance is due the day before pup is picked up from training. Balance must be paid in full before pup leaves training.
