Once a week you will receive a thorough written update along with videos and pictures that show your puppy working on their training for that week. Additionally we aim to send out 2-3 other weekly updates with cute pictures or outings we may do.

If a family has a question about their puppy they are always welcome to text the group chat that will be started when their puppy starts training and can expect responses within a few hours.
